The target is the device/technology that will playback the video files/streams associated with the corresponding quality.

• Flash Only	FLV and MP4 (H.264) › Suitable for: PC and Tablets/Smartphones with Flash Player
• Flash + HTML5	MP4 (H.264)* + WebM (if enabled) › Suitable for: PC and most Tablets/Smartphones with/without Flash player.
• HTML5 Only	MP4 (H.264)* + WebM (if enabled) › Suitable for: PC and most Tablets/Smartphones without Flash player

* NOTES:
The default video player is Flash; therefore, you must have at least one video quality compatible with Flash.
• MP4 (H.264): Use "baseline" profile for maximum device compatibility. Additionally, the AAC codec must be used for the audio track.
• In order to playback video using HTML5 + H.264, the Web browser/device must support HTML5 and the H.264 video codec.
• In order to playback video using HTML5 + WebM, the Web browser/device must support HTML5 and the WebM video codec.
